Vertical End Suction ESV & ESLV Range

Overview

Key Features :

  • Pumpsense ESV / ESLV Vertical centrifugal pumps employ single entry impellers and conform to production classification OH3A of Hydraulic Institute Standards.
  • ESV / ESLV pumps offer compact space-saving advantages compared to horizontal pumps. Drive motor can be mounted on the motor stool and coupled flexibly to the pump. Alternatively, pumps can be driven through a Cardan shaft with a motor mounted on a separate floor. These features protect the motor where the pump pit is prone to flooding.
  • Pump hydraulic designs are verified by numerical testing using CFD analysis.
  • Every pump is tested vertically using either shaft motor or actual drivers. In addition, every pump is supplied with a full set of QA documents relating to materials, dimensional accuracy, pressure integrity, and impeller balancing.
  • ESV / ESLV pumps are offered with many materials, mechanical seals, and mounting options. Pumps are often engineered to meet customers' specific requirements in terms of construction and dimensional features and performance requirements.

Major applications included :

Irrigation | Chilled water application | Heating & air conditioning | Cooling tower application | Booster application
